Birthday Parties at Jacobs! 

We supply an hour’s worth of fun in the gym- tumbling, trampoline, vault, beam, bars, and fun gymnastics’ games and age appropriate activities! The next 30 minutes is spent in the lobby area enjoying treats and opening presents. The total party time is 90 minutes. We supply table and chairs, tablecloth and fun for the party! Parents supply treats (cake, cupcakes, drinks, favors, whatever you like!) We take care of all clean-up afterwards! Your Jacobs Gymnast birthday girl or boy is going to LOVE IT! Our birthday parties are fun for all ages! Guests do not need any gymnastics’ background or skills!

 

Cost for a Private Party - $250

  • Each additional child is an extra charge of $15.
  • Minimum charge of $250 applies to be paid at the time the party is scheduled to reserve the party time. If additional guest fees or other fees apply, they will be collected at the party. If the party is cancelled 10 days before the date – the fee is refunded. Otherwise, no refunds.
  • The Birthday gymnast must be registered as a Jacobs Member, currently enrolled. Guests do not have to attend Jacobs but will have to have an insurance waiver signed by a parent to participate.
  • To schedule your child’s party, contact Jacobs Gymnastics at:  Parties are not scheduled during regular class times, or during Holiday breaks.

Saturdays 1:00-2:30 PM

General Information

The party will be booked for 90 minutes. The gym will be available 10 minutes before scheduled start time. The first 60 minutes will be spent in the gym. Parents are welcome to take videos or snap pictures. This time can also be used to set up the treat table. A tablecloth will be provided by Jacobs Gymnastics. Parents will provide treats – cake, cupcakes, drinks- whatever treats parents wish to have available. Also, balloons and treat bags (if desired) are the parents’ responsibility.

After 60 minutes of gym fun, the parents take over with treats in the lobby and opening presents (if desired) or whatever other activities parents wish to have in the lobby. Returning to the gym is not an option as it is difficult to supervise and ensure safety. Guests should be picked up promptly at the end time of the party. We expect a 10 minute time frame to load up after the party’s end time. Additional overage charge of $25 (per 10 minutes) will apply if this is exceeded.
Adults should not participate in the gymnastics activities for safety reasons.

*Participants must wear a leotard or a t-shirt and elastic waist shorts for safety. All participants can wear socks or bare feet.
